Dr. Marsha Maxwell

Founder & CEO

Dr. Marsha Maxwell is the founder of LMNL Labs. Trained as a neuroscientist at Caltech and an alumna of Spelman College, she has spent her career translating the science of learning and cognition into practice, and her keynotes and public scholarship now center on human-AI relational ethics and governance, preserving human agency as AI becomes embedded in daily life.

She leads a founding team with legal and technical expertise, building LMNL Labs' programs across education, robotics, and AI governance: a bet that the people who understand how humans learn, adapt, and age are the ones who should be building the technology that shapes what comes next.
